DPC Routine Error

I hope someone can help. I am running a windows 2K server with SQL2000 running on it. I am getting a blue screen about once every 2 weeks. The error message is

Stop 0x000000b8
0x00000000 0x00000000 0x00000000 0x00000000
A Wait operation, attach process, or yield was attempted from a DPC Routine.

Is there anyway to stop my server from doing this
any help would br great
