Downloading updates from Nortel

How does one go about downloading patches and updates for SCCS and OTM from Nortel's website? I was told to download and install the latest patch for the SCCS thick client (SU10?) but Nortel's site is not very user friendly. If anybody knows where patches are located I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks,

I think I found my answer. I guess you need a password in order to access Nortel's PEP library. Do I need to have my vendor supply me with software updates every time I need an update? That seems pretty inconvenient considering Microsoft and every other hardware/software vendors have them readily available on their websites. Thanks,

YOU CAN TRY REGISTERING WITH NORTEL, BUT IF YOUR NOT A VENDOR OR EMPLOYEED BY A VENDOR YOU MAY BE SOOL.
