Downloading Reports - Aria 250

I am trying to get reports out of my A250 in a format that is usable (.xls or .txt or.....) The problem that I am having is the only format I am able to get is .xps. In the long run, I need to be able to get the info to my Nortel vendor for the Call Pilot we are supposed to be installing in the next 6 weeks. I have found some 'conversion' programs on the web, but downloading them is not an option due to secruity. My laptop is running XP if that helps.

You can do that if yu are using Mailbox Manager. Do you have database access turned on in the Octel ?

Unfortunately - No mailbox manager, just pulling the reports out of Menu 14. Not sure about the database access. Where would I check that?
