Hi there
I've noticed how the last few times i have attempted to download certain things from IE 5.5, it brings up a RealPlayer 6.0 screen to try and do this. At the end of the supposed download in which all i can see is the realplayer box filling the entire screen prompting me to press play, when I do so it says it is unable to continue and to see realplayer for more help which gives me none basically.
I have since uninstalled Realplayer (all versions) and now all i get when i try to download IE6 from microsoft.com is a blank white page which says there is no program suitable for downloading IE6. It then prompts me to to go the activex website and choose a program from a very long list.
Why do i need a multimedia player to download programs???? And which one should i pick from the list at
Im so confused, please help before i go mad!
