downloading of subscribers in Octel 250/ Aria

does anyone know how to go about downloading a text file list to show all subscribers, name & mailbox extension, in the Octel 250 aria over dial up modem using Terminal Emulator or anything really if it can actually be done. I'd love to know. I have a customer that is maxed at their mailbox limit but i can't go in to find out if there's mailboxes that are translated but not being used.

You can to this in several ways. The easy way is to use ProComm and set the terminal emulation to TVI920 this will send the report you are printing to the screen. then you just capture it to a text file. If they have data base download turned on them you can download the list from menu 16 2 but you will need to have decision Pro to run a report.

You may be able to use some other program to glean the info but i always use D. Pro
