Hi Folks,
Can someone tell me where I can download the Full Version of IE5.5 SP2. I am trying to upgrade about 40 machines and do not want to download it from the internet everytime. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.....I greatly appreciate it! Not to look a gift horse in the mouth but is this a "trusted" site.
Again, Thanks

I wouldn't know. I just did a search for ie55sp2.exe. There are a few others. I strongly recommend scanning the download before you execute it. If possible, test it on a pc that can stand to lose its hard drive!

Best of luck...

You use the 500K executable setup file to download the full version. When executing the program click Custom Install and then click on ADVANCED and select DOWNLOAD only.

You get all the files downloaded.

You can get this from as well joegz

joegz,

I remembered there was another way!! However, when I tested this on a Windows 2000 box, it never game me the option to choose custom. As soon as I accept the license agreement, and hit 'next' on the following screen, it begins downloading. The only option I have is Cancel.

Is it OS dependant? ~cdogg

This is OS dependent. Windows 2000 does not give you the option of a "Advanced " tab. Thanks for the help though.
Have a great Turkey Day.
I downloaded the file and am waiting on a box to become available so I can test it. I already scanned it and it was fine.
