If you are talking about the driver...you can't.
You're operating system may have the driver for it. have you tried plugging the camera in and seeing what happens.
If not you could look for the driver here:
I've always found the right driver at that web site.

Or if you have a pcmcia slot on yout laptop/desktop you can get a pcmcia cradle for your digital camera memory chip.
Take pictures > move camera memory chip to cradle > insert cradle into laptop pcmcia slot > drag n drop to hard drive
