Downloading E-mail that delete themselves!

Can anyone help me please, when my e-mails arrive they flash on the screen in the inbox and then are gone before i can open anyone them. Any ideas, tips advice will be more than useful.

A view wouldn't likely do it unless a rule ran first to change the message (if it flashes on the screen, it meets the view requirements - if it disappears, something in the message changed).

I'm with smah - it's likely a mail rule. Or some AV/AS solution.

A colleague had this problem recently, and it turned out that they had inadvertently changed their view to only show unread emails. When that was changed to show all emails, all the missing emails reappeared.

That is a reasonalby common cause of 'disapearing messages', but as 58sniper stated, in order for that to apply, the messages would have to be marked as read - either by a rule or by selecting/opening each.

Hi to everyone and thanks for your help, my problem has been solved as the fault was mine. I'd made a rule but ticked the wrong box and all e-mails sent to me we deleted.
