DOWNLOADING CACHE CLEARANCE PS FILE TO VARITYPE 4990 IMAGESETTER

I have an 4990 Varitype Imagesetter and I need to decache it with a PC however cannot figure out how to proceed.
I have the decache file with is a PS file.
Is there anyone out there who would have any information?
