Downloading Autoroute information.

Hi,

We are developing a new system. My manager would like to download the distance between every city mentioned in autoroute and also how long each journey takes based on the type of transport being used(car/bus).
He would like to download this information to an excel spreadsheet.

As you can imagine there are thousands upon thousands of journeys. Can this be done?
