Downloaded Delphi 2007 Trial -- nothing happened!

I went to the CodeGear site and downloaded the trial version of Delphi 2007 -- the 5.5 MG download. It went through the download process, restarted my computer, and -- NOTHING! No Delphi directory, no message sating the download was complete, not even an error message!

What gives?
