download zip file from password protected URL

I have a protected URL with some ZIP file to be downloaded.
Which Perl module can help to download this file,assuming I know the username+password ?

depends on how the username and password is implemented, the LWP modules should be ok if the uname and passwd are passed in the url.

If it's a case a logging in, then

http://WWW::Mechanize

might be the business
