The new Painter 9.5 upgrade can be downloaded. I have done this 3 times and it is a very large file but it won't open. I click on the saved file and Painter opens the graphic in Painter 9.1 but no upgrade. I tried "open" rather than save..and it didn't work..
The execute file is either missing or corrupted. I had this same problem with "critical updates" to Corel Draw 12..downloaded that about 10 times before it finally installed with "open" rather than "save." The downloaded file tries to display the graphic in Painter IX.1 rather than upgrade the program..HELP PLEASE
Does anyone know how to solve this problem? The upgrade is free to registered users but it isn't working..
