Download the oldcdr data from bcm 400 rls 4

did how i can download the old cdr data from bcm rls 4 or did you know how to share folder (cdr) on bcm 4?

Use the cdr pull client that is on the BCM webpage. This will allow you to pull all the CDR fills that is on the BCM.

I know the cdr pull client but i need to download the old cdr from bcm?

The cdr pull client can pull all available cdr files that are on the BCM. I just used it to pull the last 4 months from a BCM the other day.

i think i asked this question too some time back but the thread got lost.

i believe with the cdr pull client, the data that you can pull are the ones that are not pulled before. so if you pulled logs until the end of april, then the next time you pull logs, you will get logs starting from may only.

dont know how to pull logs that you have pulled before.
