download recorded voicemail messages

Hi All.

Question: I have a customer who, for legal reasons, wants to have the voicemails of some employee's downloaded.

And yes, I have made it absolutely clear that I will not be doing this without the proper legal documentation.

However, when I go into the call pilot I can find where I can get the activity on an extension, but not a place for the recorded messages (I don't mean the greetings the user sets up, etc).

Is this possible without 3rd party software?

I don't think this is possible with BCM.
You would need unified messaging and know the users password but its only one mialbox/user per license.

I know you could in an Asterisk system.

It looks like I am going to have to use Unified Messaging for this customer.
