Anyonone knows why im not able to download R11.0.4.2.0 Build 58 or newer software from support.avaya website as a bp?
However I can download R11.0.4100.11 (11.0.4.1.0 Build 11)or any previous release.

Error message:
"We are sorry no results were found. Our records indicate that this product or sold to is not eligible to receive software downloads due to the lack of product entitlements, an active product warranty or existing Avaya support coverage
 
If you get that error message change mode (there are "Service" & "Support") and click Search Downloads.

I do have 2 options: Standard Mode and Service Mode
Neither of two modes could enable the download of sw :(
 
Do you have a Customer or a Business Partner login?

I have Business Partner Login only
I can download any previous release until R11.0.4100.11 (August 2019)
 
You need to speak to your Avaya cam or distributor, as you don't have any sites registered in plds who has the right to download 11.1. they can blanket add this to your sold to as your a BP.
