I have a user who clicks on a button for a link to an excel file in Internet Explorer 6. The file is displayed in his browser.
He wants to be able to save the file but there does not seem to be an option.

All other users get a windows dialogue box when they click on the Excel link asking if they would like to 'open' or 'save' the file before anything is displayed.

Has anybody any idea where this setting is defined?
The dialogue box has the title 'File Download' and the
exact question is 'Do you want to open or save this file'.

Dazed and confused
