Are you getting an error message, does it not work? Usually it downloads and then it goes and installs it. The PC you are downloading it would need the ability to download executables from another server, so it may be a configuration setting on your PC or network.

If you are doing "Download Player" and it doesn't go any further, you may want to check with your desktop people to see if you are being blocked.
