Download Outlook from a Windows SERVER to an IPAQ pocket PC

Hi:

I have an Ipaq Pocket PC and I want to know if there is a way to download My Microsoft Outlook folders from my user profile on a Windows NT terminal Server running Citrix Metaframe directly. So far I have not been able to find a solution to doing this other than porting my .pst file manually from server to desktop and then to PDA using ActiveSync, but this is cumbersome and goes against everything I believe in. If anyone knows of a solution that allows me to Sync directly with my SERVER Outlook folders and download directly I would really appreciate the help.
