Download of Delta Server 4.0.20

Can someone please tell me where I can Download Delta Server 4.0.20? I tried to find it on the Avaya site but I had no luck... The other day I Downloaded CCC and it only had 4.0.16. I need 4.0.20 to solve my 100% CPU problem so I am told..

I downloaded 4.0.20 and I STILL HAVE the problem

It takes 100% of my CPU...

Does anyone have any ideas what I can do about this!!!!

If you're looking in the processes-tab, and it shows 100% here, it only means that it uses 100% of the "used-power", meaning that it's the only "CPU-heavy" program running.

Well with 4.0.22 I still have the same problem.. I only use it to get the SMDR data from the switch... Is there another program out there that will let me do the same thing? I wanted to see what the report were all about but it taking up 100% of the CPU time nothing else can run on that machine.. Anyone have any idea on what else I might try?

Try a complete reinstallion of CCC on another machine.

Make sure you patch 4.0(16) DS with 4.0(20) DS

See if the error with delta server is still there. I have done many CCC sites and DS 4.0(20) is fine on Win 2k Advance server with SP4. With 4.0(16) The CPU problem was present, Upgrading site to DS 4.0(20) has resolved as every site we have.

I wonder if the fact that I run W2K server on the Machine and not W2K advance server has anything to do with it. The Windows 2K server is running on SP4.

If I do a clean install with w2k advance and 4.0.22 if it would work.......Thoughts?

Win 2k server should bve fine, but follow the instalation manual to the letter - Disck partitions, shares, user permisions etc.

Makes no difference if it is Server 2K Sp4 or Advance Server 2K Sp4.

Advance Server has just a couple of Active directory enhancements and supports more \Ram and CPU's, than Server
