Is it possiable to download a voicemail that a user recieved into a wave file?

If you have Unified Messaging, click the message to play it, then click File, Save As, enter a filename and select WAV as the file type.

What about if we are not using Unified messaaging?

No easy way that I know of, short of one of the recording devices that goes inline with the handset cord. Plug that in, connect the output to the line input of your PC and record that way.

There are a number of recording products that pick up the signal sent to your sound card internally. The software was developed to allow recording of copy protected CDs.
