Hi All,
last week we had one of our controllers rebooted which caused the phones to fail over to another controller on a different software level (not ideal but upgrades have been delayed).
When the phones failed over, they downloaded the firmware from the resilient controller, showing with a little downward pointing arrow on the handset screen.
All phones eventually failed back to took the firmware of the original controller and most of them cleared the down arrow automatically. I have a few users that still can't get the icon to go away. It isn't causing anything to go wrong on the handset but these users would like it removed.
Does anyone know a way to force this off?
Original controller - 7.2
Resilient - 8.0 SP2
