Download documents (*.doc and *.xls) from sharepoint

Hi,

I can access sharepoint. I would like to download about 300 documents from sharepoint. Now I am doing it by "right click --> save as ---> " . But it is time consuming task. I have to re-do the same after a month.

Is there any easy way to download the sharepoint documents into my C drive.

Do it from Explorer View but hopefully you don't have really LONG paths/filenames to drill down into or else it might not work.
