I'm a developer Opentext and i need know how can download a file from content server Opentext from app Java. I have this code:

int nodeID = _id_code_document;
OutputStream os = new FileOutputStream(new File(PATHFILE+NAMEFILE));
DataHandler file= fContent.downloadContent(nodeID + "");
file.writeTo(os);

Where:

1. Content is a instance of ContentService service of Opentext (les-services/services/ContentService).
2. PATHFILE+NAMEFILE is the ubication and name of file.
3. _id_code_document is document id.

Anyone know how can resolve this?

Thx 4 advance!

You have to ask your livelink administrator to run logs against the instance that is causing this
DEBUG=2 ,wantLogs=True,WantLapiLogs=true then see if you can download the same ID that you have in code by using
the livelink gui using a browser

Sometimes programmers may mistakenly try to call a folder to be downloaded then that becomes a programmer deficiency

Also in KB just now new samples happend so you could use that

very descriptive examples

Well, if I called the wrong number, why did you answer the phone?
