I offer free downloads on my site, and I'd two things to happen

1)I'd like visitors to be able to "Rate this software"

and

2)I'd like to keep a count of how many times a particular download has been downloaded (i.e. This software has been download xxxx times, and have it all done automatically.

I've searched the web only to find the latter option in CGI script. Can this be done any other way? If so, can you point me to where I can acquire the script?

Any pointers to any of the above inquiries would be greatly appreciated. TIA

I have looked, myself, for rating systems and haven't ever found a whole lot out there. I am sure there are CGI apps and I have looked for ASP apps. If your host supports ASP - you could look for an ASP application that might work for you, but my memory is that most of what is out there is for pay, not for free use.

Not much help, sorry.
