Download and install SQL Server version for query practice

Interested in developing proficiency with query creation of a SQL Server database and SAP Crystal Reports using my personal laptop at home.

Any suggestions on the specific versions of SQL Server and AdventureWorks database I should download and install on a laptop with 32 bit and Windows 7 Home Premium OS with 200 GB free on hard drive?

My initial plan is;

1. download and install a 30 day trial version of SAP Crystal Reports
2. download and install SQL Server Express with Advanced Services
3. download and install AdventureWorks Data Warehouse 2008R2

Would like to download and install all of the abovementioned software and begin developing queries and using Crystal Reports within 2 hours.

Thanks in advance for any insight.
