Download & Upload to web folder

Hi Guys and girls.

Im Trying to upload a file from a pda application written in vb.net to a web folder i was wondering if you guys could put me in the right direction because i cant find any info on it.

im trying to do it in code, i know i will use the system.io folder watch to move the folder but dont know where to go from that point. the web folder requires users to login and use a password. any ideas and code would be gr8fully recieved.

Start by researching the HttpWebRequest Class, I do believe this will do everything you need.
