Download a report from Crystal Enterprise 1

Hello,

I'm administering Crystal Enterprise 10.0. Can anyone tell me if I can download a report FROM Crystal Enterprise in it's raw crystal design form? IE, I can't find the raw report anywhere on the network, and a user wants me to make some modifications to (add a field) the report itself.

....can't exactly do that if I don't have a copy of the raw report.

Hello,
You can get to a raw report from Crystal Enterprise by going to the Crystal Report designer. When you launch Crystal Reports, go to the open folder. There should be an enterprise icon on the left hand side of your open file window. Select the enterprise icon. It will ask you for your login and password. You can then open up the report in whatever folder it is located in under enterprise. After you make your changes to the report, select the enterprise folder and directory to save the report in.
