Downing Netware 4.1 server

Will the down command on a netware 4.1 server unload all active NLMs safley ???? or do I need to unload each one manually before using down command ?&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Thanks for the help.....<br>Lfoldesi

The only other process I've stopped/unloaded before executing a DOWN is ARCserve.&nbsp;&nbsp;I usually run an ASTOP6 before the DOWN if your ARCserve is running on the same server.

I never unload individual nlms, including Arcserve.<br>I have had no problems in 8 years.

I, too have had problems downing the server if the Arcserver nlm's are not unloaded.&nbsp;&nbsp;I recommend running ASTOP6 prior to downing your server.&nbsp;&nbsp;Better safe than sorry.
