Downgrade to firmware was done and avaya 3645 is stuck in serial downloading wating mode.

Firmware was done for avaya 3645 IP wireless handset is stuck in SerialDownloader waiting mode. The phone is unable to be programmed or charged. Any suggestion on how to stop it from waiting or resetting the phone?
