Downgrade question 1

I have an IP Office R11.1 SP1 and according to Avaya need to downgrade it to R11.0.4 SP5 so that the TFTP notification to Datel will work. Is it as simple as loading the admin suite of 11.0.4 SP5 and running an upgrade. I have not done this before only upgraded and wanted to make sure I did not brick this as it is in another state.

The problem is I can't recreate the SD Card as it is 7-8 hours away. Can this be done via the Manager upgrade process to a IP500V2 remotely?

there should be no reason why you cannot do it.
make sure you do a backup though just in case the system acts up and you have to upload the config after the downgrade again

Did this last night and it went good. Avaya says that there is an issue downgrading from R11.1 FP1 go figure.
