cannot seem to do this?
have changed working directory to 3.1bin folder but all units failed to upgrade each time i use upgrade wizard.
any ideas?

When you run the upgrade wizard, does it list the existing version as 3.2(xx) and the available as 3.1(xx)? You have to select the tick box for the modules if it's a downgrade (upgrades have the tick box ticked by default).

yes
have you successfully performed 3.2 to 3.2 upgrade before?

Does it transfer the bin file? Sure you haven't got the Windows firewall on if using XP?

Personally haven't worked on 3.2, previously was Tier2 support & certified instructor. Things like this are usually simple things, not related to the system at all.

my fault. security settings issue within 3.2 services.
thanks anyway disturbedone
