Got a question for you guys....
How long would the downtime be when doing a soft restart on the A1 ? system is an OS 4000 v7.
Just curious because I have been told the phones would be down, out of service, for up to 20 minutes. It's been a while since I was out running service, but I thought I used to do soft restarts on the A1 and it was relatively non service affecting.... Do I have the A1 and BP confused from my old 9006 / HP4000 days?
Thanks !!

Normally non service affecting.

EXE-UPDAT:BP,ALL;
EXE-UPDAT:A1,ALL;
RESTART;

Will do it for you.

If you're running OpenScape Contact Center, then that will be affected by a restart of the A1. Your phones will revert to default routing.
