Dowloding Mail from Hotmail Using Outlook Express

I Want to downlode my mails from hotmail using Outlook Express. When I am Downloding the mails Outlook gives an error massage.

Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server. Account: 'Hotmail', Server: '

http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp',

Protocol: HTTPMail, Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 12019, Error Number: 0x80004005.

I think is sever error but to solve this.

Can anyone guide me.

Have you found an answer to this? I have the same problem and it comes and goes. I am on a DSL line through a router at home. It works fine if I use the dial up connection.
