My phone system got reset sue to a power outage. I have everything configured, except NIGHT serveice. Previously, I would sset it to night service, after hours and it would send incoming calls directly to voice mail. At the current.. outAA picks up at 4 rings because that's whats set in AUTO ATTENDANT. How do i map the NIGHT service to pickup after one ring, and then set up normal service in the day time? By the way I don't want it to be timed i want it to be something I manually set. Do i set this under FeATURE 983 or, under ** ADMIN > service modes?
