Dow do I add an NT5K18 card to my option 11c ?

Q1 - I have installed the card but for some reason the LD 14 command is generating an error?

Q2 - This system was already in our premises, the default password is 0000. Is there anyway I can default the entire system and start again?

I can't see any reason you can't use this card in an Opt11c. If you are having problems it is more likely to be an issue with how you are programming it. You can't default the database on an Opt11, unless you have an XBK of the original configuration, or a backup on a PCMIA. I don't think you would really want to do this as when the the system was set up, there would have several changes in LD's 17/97 to customise your switch for local parameters, e.g. Aries sets transmission plans etc. Also LD56, tones and cadences would have been customised for your market.
