Doubts about resiliency - Server Edition

Hello,

I have some doubts about the resiliency of IP Office Server Edition.

In a system with a Primary Server and Secondary Server, when the Primary Server out of service, the Secondary Server should take immediately transparent to the User? The IP extensions must lose record to record in the secundary server?

Server edition resiliency functions the same as resiliency between a non server edition system. When the primary fails, the phones wait 2 minutes for its primary server to return to service. If the primary does not come back online then the phones register to the secondary. During that two minutes the phones will display "Discover X.X.X.X" on the display.

I think two mins over two days of down time is reasonable don't you?

I'm fairly certain it's actually 3 mins though, but it's a deliberate delay to account for rebooting and maintenance etc, you don't want it failing over every time you reboot the kit...that would be bad
