doubt about Move Server Wizard

Hi all, I've a doubt about the process of MSW. I would like move the last server from site A to site B in order to consolidate my organization. Reading Q281584 "XGEN: Exchange Tools for Migration", in the drawbacks section for Move Server Wizard say "Client reconfiguration necessary after move", really, I cannot understand which reconfiguration is necessary to do in clients because apparentely nothing changes for users.

Can anyone explain me this?
What and how reconfigure the clients?.
