Doubled Line Items and Inventory

I am MAS90 3.31. The system cliched last friday I am have spent the past two days going throught the A/R, S/O and I/M maintenance files via the Data File and Display Maintenance.
I have been able to clear most of the duplications this way but I have 10 that are tied to a master order and I can not find where this is duplicated any more.
All the rest was not tied to a master so they cleared easily. Does anyone know what else I can try?

Hi Scott,
I'm a bit confused by your message. What are you seeing doubled and where are you seeing it doubled. I work for a MAS90 Master Developer and help our support staff out with questions like these all the time. I'll do whatever I can to help..
