doubled call parking

anyone ever have an issue with automatic call park placing two callers on the same number? Using CM 8.5.1.1 and only experiencing this issue intermittently on 8961 sets. Direct calls to an extension, one caller gets parked from the soft key and the parking extension is displayed. Next call to same extension gets parked in the same method, exact same park number is displayed. Both calls are still there, but the latest call is essentially parked "over" the other. Both are isolated from each other and hearing MOH. Go to retrieve and get the last one parked. First call still parked on same extension number, can only be picked up after second call that was parked over it is accessed.

My guess is that you have two different sets of park numbers, with overlapping/duplicate DN's but in different partitions. The phone css has access to both of the partitions causing the issue you experience.
