Double Where clause (2 Conditions+)?

Morning,

this requirment has me stumped, am runing CR 9.0/ SQL 2000.
My report needs to pick up on Projects started in the last Financial Year (pre 31/03/2003), but finishing post 01/04/2003, AND Projects started post 01/04/2003, (End Date sometime in this Financial Year, but not too important).

Have Project.start_date & Project.end_date (which is ok), and have Project_Financial.Financial_Year (again ok). Linked by a Project_ID. Just cannot get my head around how to resolve this. All help seriously appreciated.
