Double Space (Blank Space Inserted) in Favorites List

I am trying to resolve a problem where the list of Favorites is shown with every other space being blank. As you can imagine, it makes the list very long. Does anyone have a fix.

Reset your display settings to "XP default" - it could be that your icon spacing has been changed.

Also make sure you've not enabled accessibility mode.
