Double ring on external calls

I have a customer with a cics 4.1, that I recently relocated to a new location with a new telco provider (from Pac bell to Verizon). Since the relocation the customer is reporting that all external calls are ringing in with a double ring as though it is an internal call. No program changes have been done, and Nortel has never heard of this happening neither have I for that matter. There is no CCR tree, no Auto Attendant to answer calls first and transfer calls. Any Ideas let me know.
 
A double ring (like a centrex intercom call) causes our MICS to ring with a strange triple ring, Long and two shorts. Try cliping your butt set on to the CO connected to the customer's CICS and see if you are getting a good ring from the CO. alternatively you may have one phone forwarding to a group, have the customer read the display when they are getting the double ring and see what the display may tell you. Since you recently moved system. You somtimes get a double ring if your old main number is remote call forwarded through Telco to your new number.
