I have a customer with a cics 4.1, that I recently relocated to a new location with a new telco provider (from Pac bell to Verizon). Since the relocation the customer is reporting that all external calls are ringing in with a double ring as though it is an internal call. No program changes have been done, and Nortel has never heard of this happening neither have I for that matter. There is no CCR tree, no Auto Attendant to answer calls first and transfer calls. Any Ideas let me know.
