Double prompting dynamic parameters...

Hello,
I am working with a team on Crystal Reports XI Rev2 accessing an Oracle 9i database. We have encountered some reports that are prompting for the parameters a second time when we use Dynamic Parameters. If we switch the report back to static parameters the issue goes away. I would like to know if anyone else has encountered this issue and if there is a known resolution.

I thought I found the issue recently but have not been able to relocate the resolution.
