Double Printing

Does anyone have a solution or has experienced this problem before? Whenever a user prints from a specific app, they are getting two copies of everything. I have removed the the queue and added it back in with no luck. The app itself is set for 1 copy. Does anyone have a clue what could be the problem. My OS is 4.3.3.

app problem, 90% certain. maybe printer setting.
