double print report and adjusting tips

I have question, our aloha is printing 2 servers checkout reports all the time, how to set it up so it prints only one?

And is there some way to set up adjusting tip so servers can see what credit card was adjusted especially if tip is cash and its credit card tip is $0, so it may show in different color than red, like blue a after adjusting ?

There is no way to change the colors of what has been edited and what has not as far as credit card tips. It should have a dollar value next to it showing that a tip has been entered in. I would instruct to just find the last 4 of their CC #'s and sort by card type and be diligent in entering in their tips.

What platform are you using for your back of house? Aloha Manager? New Aloha Manager? Configuration Center?
