I have a 3300 v7 with embedded VM that plays "I'm sorry, the person you are trying to reach is on the phone" twice in a row when dialing a busy extension. Anyone heard of this before?

I'm thinking it is in the voicemail options settings. Alternate language is enabled and they are both english. I may be wrong but I recall having to change that in a 200 ICP
