Double Greeting Randomly

We have a Mitel 3330 Controller with a MAS (Nupoint VM)
Every once in a while the users hear a double greeting, I can call the voicemail and only hear it once. It was mainly happening in the evening but now during the day.
The system has been upgraded and its still happening to random users at a random time.

Do they have call director enabled on the mailbox and are using action ID's to record their greeting?
If so, it may be playing the action ID greeting then the mailbox greeting.
