Double Emails In Microsoft Outlook XP

I just got back from vacation and returned to work to find out i have double emails of everything. Is there a way to fix this. Still getting them as of now as well. Any help would be great

what mail accounts do you have setup? POP?
Do you have 2 of them?

Any rules setup?
