Double email

Im using Outlook 2007 on a vista machine on with an attached exchange server. When I delete an email it sends two emails to the deleted folder on is opened and one is not openned. Can anyone help me fix or understand this.

I just realize the email is doubled in the delete box only when i delete the mail when it is opened. When the email is closed and deleted off the list of email it does not double up.

Tried deleting and recreating but still have the same problem.
